Dibyesh Pandey is a young leader from Bhagalpur committed to transforming his city through better infrastructure, quality education, dignified employment and a cleaner, prouder Bihar — led by the people, for the people.
The voice of the streets must reach the assembly.

Born and raised in the ancient lanes of Bhagalpur, Dibyesh Pandey grew up watching the city's quiet struggles and resilient spirit. From a young age, he committed himself to public service — believing that true leadership is built on listening, not pronouncing.
A graduate in Political Science with a postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Dibyesh has spent the last five years building grassroots welfare programs across Bhagalpur — from rural libraries to COVID relief networks that reached thousands of families. He currently serves as State General Secretary for Youth Affairs in the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas).
His campaign stands on three values: सेवा (service), सत्य (truth) and समर्पण (dedication). Today, he carries the hopes of a new generation of Bhagalpur — one that demands progress without forgetting its roots.
“मैं यहाँ सत्ता के लिए नहीं, सेवा के लिए आया हूँ।”
“I am not here for power, I am here to serve.”
