What I Plan To Do

Local skill-training centres, building on the free training already reaching 500+ youth, matched directly to real job openings in and around Bihar.
Support for small businesses and local manufacturing so job creation happens at home, not hundreds of kilometres away.
A dedicated youth employment cell connecting graduates with opportunities in government and private sectors.
Easier access to loans and mentorship for first-time entrepreneurs choosing self-employment.

Why This Matters
No family should have to send its most capable young person to another state just to earn a living.
