What I Plan To Do
- Safety-focused streetlighting and policing in high-footfall areas identified directly by women in the community.
- Self-help groups and skill-training programs, expanding on outreach that has already reached 3,000+ women across Bihar.
- Legal aid and support networks for women facing domestic or workplace issues, with zero tolerance for delay.
- Equal-opportunity hiring push in local government and public projects.
Why This Matters
A city is only as safe and prosperous as it is for its women.
